The H-Link platform in four layers. Run: hospitals and clinics (with laboratory, pharmacy and imaging on one record), revenue and NHIS claims, laboratories, pharmacies and imaging centres each run their own H-Link apps, and a facility on other software can take part through Connect in a browser, or receive orders into its own system over HL7 v2. Connect: the Connect network carries orders, results and, where a pharmacy shares it, stock between facilities, and the Interoperability Hub exchanges records with other health systems over FHIR R4, HL7 v2, DICOMweb and the International Patient Summary. Assist: HMIE provides decision support, Smart Doc, a knowledge assistant with cited sources and an advisory, claim-by-claim check of claims against the note. Patients: My Health shows results once they are released, bookings and refills, messages and video visits, and order status if the clinic allows it.
