The Ghana Pilot Programme

We are working with a small group of Ghanaian facilities to prove, with measured results, what H-Link changes. Founding partners get the platform, implementation and training at no cost during the pilot.

The application takes about five minutes.

What you get

Everything needed to go live

Complimentary access

No subscription fee for the duration of the pilot.

Implementation included

Discovery, configuration of your departments and catalogues, and data import — done with you.

Staff training

Training for your clinicians, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory and front-desk staff, and a practice run before go-live.

Go-live support

On-site support in the first days, then structured reviews at day 7 and day 30.

What we ask

A pilot is a partnership

Pilots fail when nobody owns them or nobody measured the starting point. We agree these up front so the result means something.

  • A named person — not a committee — who owns the pilot
  • A defined scope: which departments, which modules, how many users
  • Baseline figures recorded before go-live, such as how long NHIS takes to pay you
  • Honest feedback, and time with our team at the agreed reviews
  • A decision at the end: continue, extend or stop — agreed at the start

Who it suits

Is your facility ready?

You do not need every one of these today. The application asks about each, and helps us plan the conversation.

  • Reliable power and internet where care is actually delivered
  • A budget owner who can take a decision after the pilot
  • Data you can export from any current system
  • A facility in Ghana — hospital, clinic, laboratory or pharmacy

Frequently asked questions

How long does a pilot run?

The duration is agreed with each facility before it starts, with an explicit end date, so both sides know when the results will be judged.

What happens when the pilot ends?

You decide whether to continue on a paid plan, extend the pilot or stop. That choice, and what each option means, is agreed before go-live. If you stop, you can export your records.

Do we have to replace our current system on day one?

No. Most pilots start with one or two departments. The scope is set during discovery.

How are pilot facilities chosen?

On readiness: a named owner, reliable infrastructure where care happens, and a clear question the pilot should answer. The application asks about each of these, and “not sure” is a perfectly good answer.
